This article explains the different colours of the status LED.
Status LED
LED | Pattern | Meaning |
• | Steady green, green heartbeat | No network connection, no IP address, or dashboard not yet reached. Check cable, DHCP, and firewall settings. |
•• | Steady green, yellow heartbeat | Connected via 4G, dashboard not yet reached. The yellow heartbeat indicates the active 4G connection. |
• | Steady blue, blue heartbeat | Fully connected to the Bever Innovations dashboard via ethernet. |
•• | Steady blue, yellow heartbeat | Fully connected to the Bever Innovations dashboard via 4G. |
••• | Fast red blink | Internal error. Restart the device. If the error persists, contact support. |
The yellow heartbeat dot is a brief flash - the LED stays on its main color and switches to yellow for about 200ms. It is not an alternating color.
