With new I-Catcher systems produced since June 2020 the way the I-Catcher display system can be changed from Auto to Usermode and backwards is changed. The I-Control manuals refer to another manual that explains this.
Below a description on how to adjust the system mode.
The button combination for activation of the I-Control mode depends on the Sign Controller ID.
For ID 1, press ◄ and ► at the same time for at least two seconds.
For ID 2, the combination is ◄ and▼. For ID 3, the combination is ► and ▲.
Depending on the setting the first display in the system will now show ‘Auto’ or ‘User’.
This indicates the current active mode of the system
Press ▼ and ▲ at the same time for at least two seconds.
The first display in the system will now show ‘test’.
Press within 5 seconds the ▲ or ▼ button to go to the ‘set’ menu.
The first display in the system will now show ‘Set’.
Press within 5 seconds the ► key to activate the set mode.
The first display will now show ‘S01’.
Press within 5 seconds the ► key to go in to 'S01'.
Press within 5 seconds the ▲ or ▼ button to toggle between 'Auto' and 'User'.
Press within 5 seconds the ► key to confirm the new selected mode.
Wait for about 10 seconds and the prices on the displays will re-appear again and the system mode has changed.
NOTE: Do not go into any other Set modes. You may accidently adjust settings causing the system to fail normal operation!
